Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Social Push module in GBAT Workspace (operated by Axell Group Of Companies), including content publishing integrations with the Pinterest Developer API and Meta Graph API (Instagram & Facebook).
1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, connecting an account to, or using the Social Push features of GBAT Workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the respective developer policies of any connected third-party platforms (Pinterest, Inc. and Meta Platforms, Inc.). If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Social Push integration and revoke any active API credentials.
2Description of Publishing Services
GBAT Workspace provides an internal workflow system for retail e-commerce brands that automates promotional content production and social distribution:
- Store Product Ingestion: Reads product titles, imagery, descriptions, and destination URLs from authorized e-commerce storefronts (Shopify).
- Creative Formatting: Composes high-resolution 2:3 Pinterest Pin images and 4:5 social media assets with brand typography, price badges, and calls-to-action.
- API Dispatch: Submits approved content directly to authorized social platform APIs (Pinterest Pins API, Instagram Content Publishing API, Facebook Pages API) using store-specific credentials.
3. Pinterest API Developer Compliance & Pinning Rules
Users utilizing the Pinterest publishing features agree to strictly abide by the Pinterest Developer Terms of Service and Pinterest Community Guidelines.
Every Pin published through GBAT Workspace must direct users to a functional, authentic product landing page matching the depicted product. Redirect chains, deceptive landing pages, cloaked domains, affiliate obfuscation, or non-functional destination links are strictly prohibited.
Pin creatives must accurately represent the product being offered. Pin titles, descriptions, and hashtags must be contextually truthful, clear, and relevant. Misleading pricing, deceptive clickbait text, or false promotional claims are forbidden.
GBAT Workspace enforces rate-limiting safeguards. Users may not flood boards with repetitive, identical pins, engage in automated mass-pinning, or utilize the tool to manipulate Pinterest search algorithms or engagement metrics artificially.
4. Meta Platform Rules (Instagram & Facebook)
All posts published to Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts via the Meta Graph API must comply fully with Meta's Commercial Terms, Platform Terms, and Instagram Community Guidelines. The user must be an authorized administrator or content publisher of the connected Page and Instagram account.
5Content Ownership, Licenses & Verification
User Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all requisite rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to publish all product images, brand marks, and promotional copy processed through GBAT Workspace.
Limited Technical License: You grant GBAT Workspace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to the extent necessary to process, resize, compose, and transmit your media files to authorized social networks on your instruction.
AI-Assisted Content Responsibility: Content generated via AI text or image features is provided as draft material. The user remains solely responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy, spelling, pricing, and compliance before clicking "Publish".
6Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Social Push publishing platform to:
- Publish counterfeit goods, fraudulent offers, deceptive sweepstakes, or prohibited items (weapons, illegal drugs, adult services).
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark of any third party.
- Distribute malware, spyware, malicious scripts, or links to harmful websites.
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with API rate limits, authentication cookies, or platform security mechanisms.
- Engage in aggressive automated posting designed to deceive search algorithms or user feeds.
7Platform Independence & Limitation of Liability
Independent Tool: GBAT Workspace is an independent automation tool developed by Axell Group Of Companies. Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and Shopify are registered trademarks of their respective owners. GBAT Workspace is not sponsored, endorsed, or certified by Pinterest, Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Third-Party Platform Discretion: Pinterest and Meta maintain autonomous control over content moderation, account status, and API availability. GBAT Workspace is not liable for content removals, post indexing delays, or account restrictions executed by third-party platforms in enforcement of their community standards.
As-Is Service: The tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service or guaranteed engagement reach.
8Token Revocation & Account Disconnection
You may terminate these terms and halt all social media API publishing at any time by revoking access in your Pinterest Account Settings (pinterest.com/settings/apps) or Meta Business Manager Settings, or by clearing tokens in GBAT Workspace Settings. Revocation immediately terminates API communication.
